A number of leaders and executives in Seattle real estate were named to T3 Sixty’s Swanepoel Power 200, an annual ranking of the most powerful players in the residential real estate industry.

OB Jacobi, Jill Wood and Geoff Wood, co-presidents of Seattle-based firm Windermere Real Estate, were the highest ranking Seattle leaders at No. 14.

Also on the list was J. Lennox Scott, chairman and CEO of John L. Scott Real Estate, a prominent brokerage in the Seattle area, at No. 27.

Further down the list at No. 167 was Jennifer Lind, president of Coldwell Banker in the Pacific Region, who oversees 124 offices across four states. She formerly worked for both Windermere Real Estate and John L. Scott and previously held roles at the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and Washington REALTORS®.
