After navigating her own life transitions, including becoming a widow, Tiffany Fuentes understands how overwhelming change can be. “That’s why I’ve built my real estate practice around service, support and community connection,” she explains. “I specialize in guiding clients through all of life’s chapters by providing market expertise along with patience, empathy and resources tailored to their journey.”
A real estate broker with RSVP Brokers ERA, Fuentes represents clients throughout West Seattle and the surrounding areas. Growing up in West Seattle and Burien, she attended the University of Washington before moving to California, then settled back in West Seattle’s Alki Beach in 2004.
Before her real estate career, Fuentes worked in administration and marketing in the residential and commercial construction industry. “I continue to bring that background to the table to represent new construction developments,” she shares. “I am able to provide valuable insight into design, marketing and sales strategies.” She currently works with some of West Seattle’s best builders and developers, including Morales Group, J&T Development, The Best Practice and MarCam Homes.
A recipient of the Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent award by Seattle magazine for 17 consecutive years, Fuentes is designated as a certified negotiationeExpert by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and is an accredited staging professional. Formerly a board member of the Northwest Children’s Foundation, she remains committed to her community and sponsors the White Center Food Bank.
After a 23-year career, Fuentes’ business is based on referrals and networking. Clients appreciate her supportive, client-first approach. “I’m always accessible, never pushy and deeply committed to their success,” she reports. “I put my clients’ satisfaction above all else.”
Outside of real estate, Fuentes loves live music, hiking and cruising in her MINI Cooper convertible. She is also currently learning to sail.
