Michael Doyle, Managing Broker & Luxury Advisor

Windermere Real Estate, Midtown

Arriving in Seattle in 1990 to attend the University of Washington, Michael Doyle quickly tuned into the region’s unique neighborhoods. After years in technology sales, where he sold websites, micropayment solutions and data storage, he realized the decisions people make when buying or selling homes carry far greater personal weight than corporate purchases. That conviction sparked a 21-year career in real estate brokerage, which allowed him to apply the rigor and sophistication of corporate sales to help clients make life-defining choices.

Known for his tenacity and discretion, Doyle leads a small, nimble team that focuses on custom go-to-market strategies, thoughtful pricing, insightful marketing and tireless negotiations. Almost all of his clients come from referrals, a testament to the trust and satisfaction he fosters. He is especially grateful for the feedback he often hears, such as, “I don’t usually like working with real estate agents, but I loved working with you.” For him, such acknowledgment underscores his mission to honor the faith clients place in him by delivering the best possible experience.

Doyle is a 16-year Five Star Professional, a Windermere luxury advisor and an active member of several leading industry groups, including the Midtown Collective, the Platinum Group and the Seattle Condominium Network. He continues to learn from other top brokers and values the partnerships that sharpen his approach and uncover new client opportunities.

Outside of real estate, Doyle is passionate about giving back. He and his family support the Windermere Foundation, Plymouth Housing and FamilyWorks Seattle, among other organizations. He is always eager to contribute to children’s philanthropic efforts, from organized campaigns to neighborhood lemonade stands. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys rafting, mountain biking, rucking, skiing and snowboarding, as well as sharing those pursuits with family and friends.
