Marianne Francis, Broker and Global Advisor

Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty

A Pacific Northwest native with a lifetime of global experiences, Marianne Francis blends sophistication, creativity and unwavering dedication in her real estate practice. She began her journey into the profession in 2017 after a long career in couture fashion and arts philanthropy. When her husband was diagnosed with a serious illness, she transitioned into real estate to become her family’s primary provider. Given her history of working with high-net-worth clients, her art degree and her background as a trustee of Cornish College of the Arts, she found a natural fit in the luxury sector, where discerning taste and strategic vision are paramount.

Specializing in high-end homes and condominiums across Seattle’s Eastside and beyond, Francis believes luxury is an experience, not a price point. Last year, her average sale was worth $2.49 million. This year’s sales include a record-setting waterfront transaction in Kirkland worth nearly $10.5 million.

Francis is known for her hands-on approach, clear communication and meticulous attention to detail. Whether enhancing a home’s curb appeal with her gardening expertise or guiding a first-time buyer, she applies her full skill set for every client. “I try to think larger than the transaction at hand,” she shares. “I love meeting people and building relationships.”

Francis’ achievements include receiving Realogics Sotheby’s Above and Beyond Award in 2021 and 2025, receiving the Top Performer Award in 2024 and recognition as a RealTrends Verified Top Agent in 2025. Continuing her lifelong commitment to the arts, she served as vice chair of the Cornish College of the Arts Board of Trustees and remains a foundation board member.

Outside of real estate, Francis is a devoted wife, avid gardener, community activist and passionate world traveler. She frequently opens her home to clients-turned-friends for holiday gatherings and continues to support local artists and cultural institutions.
