With a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, Chunda Zeng combines his deep industry knowledge with a personalized approach. His goal in each transaction is to ensure that borrowers receive tailored guidance and support throughout the mortgage process. For the last eight years, he has built a reputation for transparency, availability and patience among new and returning clients.

At the end of 2023, Zeng left his previous firm and joined Chase’s Bellevue branch, where he now specializes in jumbo loans for Seattle’s Eastside market. His existing network of real estate agents stuck with him. “They all continued referring me after I joined Chase,” he shares. “They realize it’s not the lender that matters; it’s the home lending advisor their clients work with.”

Zeng’s work in the mortgage industry is a far cry from his former career in tech, but he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join a more people-oriented field with more personal interaction. The mortgage business is a perfect fit, as he now enjoys a strong network of repeat clients and referrals from agents and clients.

In his first year at Chase, Zeng earned President’s Club and National Achiever honors in 2025 after closing more than $20 million in volume per month for three consecutive months. However, he is not only motivated by numbers. “I am an advisor to the client, not a salesperson,” he explains. “I love the sheer excitement of being part of someone’s homebuying process.”

Away from the office, Zeng enjoys traveling with his “mobile office.” His laptop and phone are always close by, just in case a client needs him. A member of the Asian American Real Estate Association, he is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
