Brent Smith, Real Estate Broker

Ensemble

Living in the heart of Genesee, Brent Smith brings both a personal and professional passion for the West Seattle community to his work as a real estate broker with Ensemble. Smith knows the neighborhood’s charm well — from its small-town feel to its welcoming block gatherings. His in-depth knowledge is built through previewing every new listing in the area and providing a quarterly market update to hundreds of local homeowners.

Smith’s path to real estate began after a successful 15-year career as a production foreman at a West Seattle steel mill. Managing his own rental property and running an Airbnb inspired a leap into real estate, a move made possible by his family’s support. Carrying over the values of honesty, integrity and accountability from his previous career, he now focuses on helping move-up buyers in West Seattle find single-family homes, townhomes and condos that fit their needs.

Clients appreciate Smith’s casual yet efficient style, where humor and approachability meet sharp communication and market expertise. Known for clarifying the complex, Smith ensures his clients are informed and comfortable every step of the way. His understanding of home construction and common defects gives buyers confidence in their decisions. His lead generation strategies have propelled him to Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society in 2023.

Active in the professional community, Smith is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Seattle King County Realtors, the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Most of his clients come from referrals and his personal network, reflecting the trust and satisfaction he inspires.

Outside of real estate, Smith treasures time with his wife and young daughter, relishing the work-life balance that allows him to be present. His commitment to family mirrors his dedication to his clients — always genuine, dependable and deeply invested in the communities he serves.
