Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Chunda Zeng serves clients in Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish and Bothell. Zeng has been a senior home lending advisor for eight years and specializes in preapproval, low-to-moderate income lending programs, fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, vacation-home financing and first-time homebuyer programs. He also has an assistant and a loan processor to handle details on the back end, which allows him to focus on sales, most of which are referral-based.

Before becoming a banker, Zeng studied linguistics and worked in the tech industry as a language expert, localization specialist and quality-assurance tester. Outside of work, he loves to travel.
