Units are now on sale in the Spire Seattle, a highly anticipated luxury condominium tower and the Seattle skyline’s newest addition.
Showcasing intelligent design and striking architecture, the 41-story new-construction tower of luxury condos boasts 360-degree panoramic views of the city at every level and Puget Sound. Spire is the “closest high-rise to the iconic Space Needle,” according to the official website.
Located at 2510 6th Ave. in downtown Seattle, Spire offers one-, two- and three-bedroom condos and penthouses ranging in size from 530-2,100 sq. ft. Because space is a major priority for the tower’s designers, an entire floor of residences was removed from the building to expand each unit’s ceiling height.
Spire’s bottom two levels are full of amenities, including an on-site cafe, luxurious coworking spaces, a modern fitness center and movement studios, 24-hour concierge and a private theater. In addition, the tower’s Spire Club, located on level 40, features indoor and outdoor terraces.
Residents have access to a fully automated parking system, the first in the Seattle condo market, according to the real estate company’s website. After driving into one of three transfer cabins, residents exit the car and a state-of-the-art computer-controlled system automatically parks it in a matter of minutes.
Situated at the pinnacle of Belltown, South Lake Union and the Denny Triangle, Spire’s proximity to the waterfront, green spaces and outdoor activities acts as a counterpoint to city living. Residents are mere minutes away from the local culture and culinary gems for which Seattle is known.
