Silverstein Properties earned the 2026 Placemaking Award from the Bellevue Downtown Association for its Avenue Bellevue mixed-use condominium tower.
The annual award recognizes organizations and individuals who strengthen the downtown Bellevue community by creating welcoming environments, according to a press release.

The BDA noted Avenue Bellevue’s “seamless” blend of residential homes, retail space and hospitality in an announcement.
Silverstein Properties and the project were honored at the 52nd annual BDA celebration on Feb. 12, alongside fellow award recipients CommonWealth Partners, Ascend Hospitality Group and Wintergrass Music Festival.
“This year’s Placemaking Awards honored four standout contributions that are strengthening downtown Bellevue’s vibrancy, cultural life and economic vitality,” BDA said.
Avenue Bellevue features 365 luxury condos, 80,000 square feet of retail and dining, a public plaza and the InterContinental Seattle Bellevue hotel.
