Suncadia Real Estate Company, the official brokerage of the Suncadia community in Cle Elum, will cease operations as a new developer land-sales team takes its place.

Team members include Dawn Wandasan, vice president of developer land sales; Dawn Cameron, director of developer land sales; and Ashley Brenden, broker for The Residences at Suncadia Social.

The move is an effort to focus on land sales rather than resale services, Suncadia said in a press release.

“Our priority is to strengthen collaboration with all outside brokers and current builders who share our commitment to quality and growth,” said Managing Director Mark Thorne. “This team is designed to create a clear pathway for future homeowners while supporting our builder partners and co-op brokers.”

The transition includes a Broker Partnership Program, Builder Partnership Program and a dedicated marketing team.

Brokers who were previously affiliated with SREC will now operate independently or affiliate with local brokerages.
