Saying no! Example: Walking away from an unrealistic seller.

Talk to people! You’ll be surprised how much people crave conversation and connection.

Becoming a top 1.5% agent in the U.S.

Hawaii with my granddaughter. I love taking her on vacations and watching her smile. She loves the water! I swear that girl is a fish.
