Toll Brothers unveiled model homes at Cross Kirkland Towns, a community of townhomes in Kirkland.

Located at 10829 120 Lane NE, the collection of attached residences features four-bedroom townhomes with covered decks and private first-floor bedrooms. Select floor plans also include flex spaces. Pricing starts at $1,149,995.

“The newly opened Maryhill and Kinney model homes offer homebuyers a glimpse into the luxurious and contemporary lifestyle that Toll Brothers is known for,” Kelley Moldstad, group president of Toll Brothers in Washington, said in a press release.

Quick move-in homes are available as early as this summer.
