by Emily Marek

Former MLB player Hutton Moyer is now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Bain’s Madison Park office. Moyer was previously an agent with Compass.

Moyer was drafted from Pepperdine University by the Los Angeles Angels in 2015 and played in the minor leagues. He joined the real estate industry in 2021 and has since closed 89 transactions totaling $233 million, both as a buyer’s agent and listing agent.

“My experience in the minor leagues taught me perseverance, patience and a strong work ethic — qualities that seamlessly transitioned into my real estate career,” Moyer said in a press release. “Now with Coldwell Banker Bain’s Global Luxury program, I’m able to offer an elevated real estate experience, blending innovation, market expertise and a commitment to my clients’ needs.”
