Coldwell Banker Bain named Seattle-area agent Christi Clark as its No. 1 individual agent in Washington and named a Seattle-area team as its No. 1 small team in Washington. Both accolades were awarded based on 2023 sales volume.

Since joining Coldwell Banker in 1996, Clark has ranked among the top 1% of agents in the brokerage and has been named one of Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Professional Best in Customer Satisfaction award winners every year since 2003. She currently serves as one of 12 directors of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Global Luxury Program and works out of the brokerage’s Bellevue office.
