LGI Homes announced the opening of Eagle Landing, a new-home community in Tacoma.
“Eagle Landing is a beautiful 63-lot community located only six miles from downtown Tacoma in South Pierce County, an area where we have had a lot of success in the past with previous communities,” Zachary Penrod, vice president of sales in Washington for LGI Homes, said in a press release.
Offerings range from single-story to two-story floor plans with three to four bedrooms and up to 2.5 bathrooms. Homes are priced from the $490,000s.
On-site amenities include a neighborhood park with a playground, nature preserve, community garden, pond and walking trails.
