Kristy Stutz, a 15-year veteran of the real estate industry, is now affiliated with the Edmonds office of Coldwell Banker Bain. Stutz was previously an agent with John L. Scott Real Estate.

Stutz earned her degree at Golden Gate University in San Francisco and is a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS).
