Licensed for over 20 years, Whitney Ellis has been a managing broker for 10 – all at Coldwell Banker. Ellis began her career in Florida before moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2020. Now, she manages two offices for Coldwell Banker Bain, Tacoma and Gig Harbor.

Building a strong culture in her offices is Ellis’ priority, and she takes pride in supporting her brokers. Realizing that the business is hard, she knows that agents working in the field need someone who has their back. “I not only support their goals, I make it my mission to help them reach those goals,” says Ellis.

Ellis is also an author. She published her book for agents, “Every Day Agent: Straight Talk & Proven Methods to Grow Your Real Estate Business,” in 2019.
