Chris Doucet came by her love of homes early. Moving every few years as a child, she was always excited by the prospect of a new home and used her artistic flair to help with decorating more than just her bedroom.

Doucet eventually graduated with a BFA in design and began her career in advertising and marketing. Later, she transitioned into real estate, working as an agent and co-founding two local luxury brokerages. She’s now been in the industry for 30 years and remains passionate about making sure her listings have a “wow” factor.

Using her design, remodeling and staging skills, Doucet creates a complete vision to present the home to targeted buyers. This process ranges from minor fluffing to strategic remodeling. Marketing is still a passion of Doucet’s, and she enjoys creating the right ambiance and branding for every home.

That dedication to aesthetics is present in her personal style, too, as she’s known as one of Seattle’s best-dressed agents.

Outside of work, Doucet has many service commitments, including volunteering at the Seattle Children’s Hospital every Friday afternoon.
