Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) ranked as the top brokerage in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) region based on 2023 sales production in a number of categories, including being named the top-producing Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in Washington.

“Once again, our global real estate advisors have demonstrated their ability to out-perform their peers on at least 10 significant sales benchmarks that matter most to consumers,” Dean Jones, president and CEO of Realogics, Inc., said in a press release. “As a relatively boutique brokerage firm, these are truly impressive accomplishments despite a challenging year in our industry, and the statistics speak to the company we keep, the clients we serve and the results we create together one sale at a time.”

Based on Trendgraphix data, RSIR ranked as the No. 1 brokerage in the NWMLS region in 10 categories:

  • Top producing Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in Washington (72% of SIR sales statewide)
  • Highest per agent productivity ($7,078,500, 187% of average)
  • Highest percentage of producing agents (85%, 125% of average)
  • Fewest days on market (26 days, 26% quicker than average)
  • Highest average listing price sold ($1,374,500, 189% of average)
  • Highest average buyer price purchased ($1,285,500, 177% of average)
  • Highest average listing prices active ($1,710,500, 210% of average)
  • Highest average commissions earned (2.7%, 104% of average)
  • Highest resale inventory volume per agent ($1,136,000, 382% of average)
  • Highest new construction inventory per brand (over $1 billion)

Additionally, RSIR ranked No. 3 in King County for resales above $2 million and No. 2 in Kitsap County for resales above $1 million.

“We are so fortunate to work with many of the top real estate agents in the industry,” Jones added. “It has been rewarding to see top performers who already dominate certain neighborhoods expand their horizons to make valuable referrals for their clients in other markets represented by the Sotheby’s International Realty brand around the world.”

Furthermore, two agents were awarded for their individual accomplishments: Maggie Ecklund, winner of the Rookie of the Year Award, and Daniel Sessoms, winner of the New Development/New Construction Award.

RSIR also acknowledges the top performing teams and individual agents by regional branch office based on 2023 sales production:
