Coldwell Banker Bain introduces new marketing program, Listing Concierge

by Emily Marek

Coldwell Banker Bain announced the launch of Listing Concierge, a customizable real estate marketing program for Coldwell Banker agents. The service allows Realtors to carry out listing-marketing campaigns tailored to a specific audience.

Listing Concierge was developed based on market research and agent feedback. Features include targeted advertising, comprehensive analytics and digitally tracked direct mail pieces. Users also have the option to add à la carte features, like 2D floorplans or vertical social media videos, to their package.

Listing Concierge packages are currently available at three levels: Launch, Reach and Luxe. With the baseline Launch level, users have access to marketing tools like 30-second paid YouTube advertisements, paid social media posts, professional photography, email marketing, mobile listing brochures, client progress reports and weekly email updates.

Reach package users will also have access to extended social media advertising and print materials with QR codes.

The Luxe level — which is designed for luxury properties — includes listing ads in The Wall Street Journal and Mansion Global as well as professional aerial or 3D videography. These marketing services will be handled by a team at Coldwell Banker Bain.

“The world of real estate is constantly evolving,” Coldwell Banker Bain President Robert Burns said in a press release. And with Listing Concierge, he says, the company is “evolving to remain relevant and powerful in any market.”

According to Coldwell Banker, listings in the program close with a 2.3% higher commission rate on average, based on usage data from January 2020 to December 2022. Listing Concierge has already received over 69,000 applications.
