Charitable Service: Ann Nordling, TRI STAR Team

by Seattle Agent

Born and raised in Seattle and a licensed broker since 1985, Ann Nordling has a deep knowledge of real estate throughout the Pacific Northwest. She received her bachelor’s from the University of Washington and holds many awards and designations such as ABR, CRS, Certified Negotiation Expert — in addition to being a member of Mensa. Outside of work, Nordling plays the saxophone in the Portage Bay Big Band, the Seattle Women’s Jazz Orchestra and the local rock band No Rules. She also supports many local charitable organizations.

Currently, Nordling serves on the board of directors for two nonprofits, including the Seattle Women’s Jazz Orchestra. She has also volunteered with the TRI STAR Team as a whole, helping with the pre-fabrication of tiny homes for the Facing Homelessness BLOCK Project and offering the TRI STAR Team moving truck, free of charge, to any nonprofit organization.

Beyond that, Nordling regularly uses her platform on American Dream TV to highlight many nonprofits, like the Maple Leaf Foundation, Ballard Food Bank, Facing Homelessness, the Refugee Artisan Initiative, the Shoreline Historical Museum, the Nordic Museum and Dunn Gardens — plus more to come.
