What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?

Senior program manager for over a decade supporting technology companies.

Where did you grow up?

Goiania, Brazil.

Growing up, what did you want to be?

I wanted to be a teacher.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?

Move my body physically. Vacation, if time allows. And listen to motivational music or audio books.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

Jesus! I am intrigued by who he is and what he did. I would love to walk alongside and get all his wisdom in how to approach life.

What is Seattle’s best-kept secret?

How gorgeous nature is here all year-round.

What do you love most about the industry?

I love helping people, educating them about the process and being a resource to their process. It is very gratifying opportunity to build lasting relationship.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I am very friendly and love meeting people in general. I will let anyone around me feel welcome and included, and I will take the time to get to know you. That’s who I am, and I bring that to my clients. They will feel cared for and know that I genuinely will help them and understand their needs. Working with me, they will know it’s about them.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

There could be challenging situations, but that’s why I am here to support my clients to walk-through any situation that may arise throughout the process. I see “difficulty” as opportunities to learn and be creative.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads?

Whichever activities you decide to focus on for your lead generation, just make sure you are adding value and being consistent to your audience. Consistency will make the difference.

What has been your greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment is each client I get to help make their dream home come true. So it’s pretty rewarding since this happens often!

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?

I don’t spend much time watching TV shows, but I love doing audio books. The last two I finished recently were “Infinite Possibilities” by Mike Dooley and “The Power of One More” by Ed Mylett.

What’s your favorite meal in Seattle?

Hmm, I am a foodie and love a good meal. Two favorites; Brazilian food (I’m biased) at Botteco Restaurant and Thai food from Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Seattle?

I have been many times to the Columbia Tower and absolutely love the views of Seattle, specially summer sunsets. It’s unreal how beautiful it is looking from the 75th floor.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?

I communicated with my seller that a tour was going to be happening, and she confirmed that she got my message. Later, I received a text from the buyer’s agent that my seller was planting flowers when they arrived to tour the home.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

That I have a full time job and doing real estate so successfully at the same time.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

I love to travel and so many favorite places. But #1 would be Paris, France. As a little girl living in Brazil, I never imagined I would go there someday. And now, I have been there few times.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
