Living in Seattle for more than a decade, Zac Lee has built his real estate career on a foundation of exacting standards, strong work ethic and a hospitality mindset taken from his early years working in fine dining kitchens across the country. Before starting in real estate, he supplied specialty ingredients to restaurants across Seattle. Each neighborhood he visited became his office for the day. He experienced the character of communities from Capitol Hill to Queen Anne, Ballard to West Seattle. Influenced by a family steeped in real estate and finance and inspired by his father’s passion for home projects, Lee transitioned into the industry in 2021.
Lee’s business is defined by a process-driven approach that balances proven systems with modern tools. Clients describe him as calm, organized and resourceful, with an ability to make complex transactions feel seamless. Whether navigating cross-country relocations or helping buyers and sellers prepare strategically for the market, he delivers clarity and confidence through checklists, timelines and clear communication. Known for leveraging his vendor network and marketing expertise, he has built a reputation for listings that sell quickly, often with multiple offers, while always maintaining a client-first philosophy.
As a real estate agent and member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, Lee has distinguished himself in just four years, earning recognition as 2023 Rookie of the Year at Coldwell Banker Bain Lake Union and joining the Coldwell Banker Realty International Sterling Society.
A lifelong volleyball player, Lee stays active in local men’s leagues and enjoys connecting with his community both personally and professionally. As he looks forward to expanding his family through adoption, he remains focused on shaping not just his own future but also that of his clients.
