Jen Greenberg credits her management experience at the Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach, California, as a foundation for her successful 25-year career in real estate. “Working in luxury hospitality increased my attention to detail, service excellence and ability to positively manage any issues that my clients might face,” she recounts. “Luxury real estate was the perfect blend of my ability to exceed high client standards and expectations while continuing to provide a service of helping people.”

The managing broker, founder and designer of Wingreen Properties, Greenberg specializes in luxury home sales and real estate design throughout Kirkland and the surrounding neighborhoods. An experienced mentor and coach, she shares her knowledge and expertise to help other broker associates succeed.

Greenberg is an accredited luxury home specialist, EcoBroker, accredited staging professional, Graduate, Realtor Institute and e-PRO, an internet real estate specialist. “I love working with sellers to prepare, present and market their homes,” she shares. “I take pride in helping them know they are getting the highest value for their home.”

Greenberg has appeared in numerous HGTV shows as a Seattle real estate expert and has been an honored listee in Marquis Who’s Who. She was a recipient of the Influential Businesswoman award in 2024, was a Five Star Real Estate Agent award winner from 2023 to 2025, received the Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite award and was awarded a Homes.com Excellence in Client Service award. She is a standing member of the Luxury Home Council and Kirkland Women’s Club. She is also a licensed broker in California and Texas.

For Greenberg, giving back is important; she donates to local nonprofits with every transaction. A wife and mother of two teenage boys and a King Charles Cavalier, she loves spending time with her family and friends while enjoying the Kirkland area.
