James Campbell believes that when clients trust you with an important chapter in their lives, they deserve to be taken care of. For him, buying a home certainly qualifies as such a chapter.
“I get to help my clients grow, move on, move up and invest. It’s an ethos, a North Star, a team effort and it absolutely sets me apart from other agents,” shares Campbell, an award-winning broker with Coldwell Banker Bain. “I want to grow in my own career, and the way to do that is to do my job well and right.”
Campbell assists buyers, sellers and renters of all price points with primary, secondary and vacation properties in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Suncadia and the San Juan Islands. He learned exceptional customer service while working his way through college at the University of Washington, including at Seattle’s Four Seasons Hotel and for chef and restaurateur Ethan Stowell. After a stint in the tech industry, he applied his lifelong experience of living in the Northwest to real estate, along with his data analysis, communication and customer service skills.
“Nothing sells a home like understanding and executing a client’s goals,” Campbell explains. “Listening to and understanding my clients is truly the key to my success.”
Campbell is a member of RealTrends Verified, the Global Luxury Institute, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program and the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle. He has also appeared on Seattle King County Realtors’ “Five to Follow” list.
Outside of work, Campbell volunteers at Seattle Union Gospel Mission and proudly assisted with Pioneer Square’s inaugural Outdoor Fashion Week. “I love nature, art, history, fashion and exercise,” he says. “Lucky for me, there are a lot of communities in Seattle that bond over these hobbies, and I have made friends and gained clients along the way.”
