With a foundation in banking and finance that began in Vietnam, Huong Thu Le built her career on a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership goals. After earning her master’s degree in Australia, she moved to the United States and joined JPMorganChase. Starting as a relationship banker, she quickly distinguished herself by earning Chase National Achiever honors within her first year. That success highlighted her strength in mortgage lending, and she transitioned into the role of home lending advisor — a career she has now pursued for eight years.

Le specializes in guiding tech employees through the complexities of financing, particularly those with restricted stock unit (RSU) income.
