Olga Dyckman, Real Estate Broker

Windermere Real Estate Midtown

There is a bit of a superstar quality about Olga Dyckman — and it is not just because she was a featured Realtor on three episodes of HGTV’s hit show “House Hunters.” It is also because this dynamic agent has found a profitable niche selling condos in downtown Seattle, where she sells an average of $52 million of real estate every year, with a career total surpassing $450 million.

Dyckman reflects on how social media and vlogs are a new part of her business model: “Now more than ever, it seems as if Instagram has led to impulse purchases for consumers. Instagram posts are a quick, informative marketing influence that can easily direct a consumer to make a purchase.”

The Seattle native spent 10 years at Nordstrom before her real estate career. There, she gained valuable sales, management and corporate financial analysis experience. She decided to pursue her true passion in real estate, becoming licensed in 2001. Her group worked on many well-known condo projects, including Olive 8, 5th and Madison, Cristalla, Mosler Lofts and others.

Clients are effusive about Dyckman’s service, praising her local expertise, extensive network and exceptional negotiation skills. “My clients are my No. 1 priority,” she says. “I am dedicated to high-touch personalized experiences, like listening attentively, understanding needs and providing exceptional customer satisfaction. I create long-lasting relationships and try to exceed their expectations.”

A member of the Seattle Art Museum Supporters and The Seattle Condo Network Group, Dyckman remains actively involved in the community. She has also earned multiple professional awards, including the Five Star Real Estate Agent award for seven consecutive years, and has been featured in top agent magazines, not to mention appearing on Seattle Refined as part of KOMO 4’s “Condo Living” segment.

Dyckman’s tip for success: “Treat your clients as if they are the one and only, no matter how busy you are.”
