Pete Richmond, the owner and designated broker for Windermere Real Estate’s Greenwood office, joined the company in 1997 as a sales associate at its Wall Street office. Richmond recently added Windermere’s Magnolia office to his group.

Richmond’s involvement with the company extends from the business side to philanthropy. He is deeply involved with the firm’s charitable arm, the Windermere Foundation. Founded in 1989, the nonprofit focuses on helping families in need of a home. Since it started, the foundation has raised over $50 million for over 500 organizations, thanks to donations that come from every agent’s commission, giving the organization a 100% participation rate.
