Committed to empowering women to build wealth through real estate, Jennica Lynn recently developed a concept focused on this goal and plans to offer classes designed specifically to help women learn the process and feel confident in their financial decisions. Lynn is dedicated to providing knowledge and ensuring her clients feel confident in their real estate decisions. “When clients are given a clear overview and understanding of the process,” she says, “it allows them to focus on the house and their financial comfort, rather than feeling uncertain of what to expect.”
In the industry for 14 years now, Lynn is a Realtor and managing broker with COMPASS specializing in residential real estate throughout King and Pierce counties. Growing up in Federal Way, she started building her real estate business at age 20, focusing on the Tacoma area. Wanting to experience city living and expand her expertise, she relocated to Seattle in 2019, and she now resides in South Lake Union. “This blend of my local roots to the area and city experience allows me to serve my clients with a well-rounded perspective,” she says.
Having been ranked in the top 1-3% of Realtors by RealTrends since 2019, Lynn also was honored as a “40 under 40” Business Examiner in Pierce County in 2017 and was recognized by REALTOR Magazine as a “30 under 30” honoree in 2018. She received the Young Professional Achievement Award from Seattle King County Realtors in 2021. A member of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce and Seattle King County Realtors, she participates in many women’s networking groups.
This past year, Lynn completed a backpacking trip through the Enchantments in Leavenworth as the start of her PNW hiking era, and she’s currently training for Seattle’s half-marathon. She enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, supporting local business and exploring places that are dog friendly with her rescue pup, Charli.
