Ji Group, COMPASS

Nicole Ji, Managing Broker

Mikaela Ji, Broker

A mother-daughter real estate team, Nicole and Mikaela Ji bring a powerful combination of experience, energy and perspectives. Mikaela embodies integrity and exceptional service, ensuring each client’s needs are met with precision and care. Nicole complements this with her own dedication and empathetic approach, fostering meaningful relationships through active listening and insightful questions. Together, they bring a shared commitment to hard work, seamless communication and a dedication to helping clients buy or sell homes with confidence. The duo strives to maintain a warm, family-oriented approach that makes clients feel like part of the team.

With a focus on serving clientele throughout the Greater Seattle region, including King and Snohomish counties, this award-winning team excels in helping clients with single-family homes, vacant land sales, equestrian properties and even small-scale commercial real estate. Their extensive knowledge of the local market, coupled with their passion for helping clients achieve their goals, ensures that each transaction is seamless and successful.

Fueled by the belief that luxury is not a price point, but rather a level of service they provide, the duo had their best year in business in 2023 despite turbulent market conditions. In 2024, the Ji Group was included on The Wall Street Journal Real Trends list as one of the top-ranked agent teams in the country, in addition to being named again to the Asian Real Estate Association of America’s A-List in team sales.

Their passion for helping others shines through in everything they do. Nicole supports causes like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Empower Youth Network, earning the latter’s Rise and Shine award for community service. She enjoys traveling with her family. Mikaela, a 2024 director at large for Seattle King County REALTORS and a committee member for the organization’s Young Professionals Network, also volunteers with Washington DECA. She loves spending her free time at the barn and riding horses.
