Raised in El Paso, Texas, Sandra Hines learned early about hard work and customer service from her family’s amusement park business. After earning a degree in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin, she moved to Seattle, where she worked for Westin Hotels & Resorts, rising to the level of corporate director of public relations. This background in marketing and hospitality led her to real estate, where she has leveraged her skills in property presentation and client relations for the past two decades.
Known for her client-first approach, Hines leads a team that offers personalized, luxury service. “With us, luxury is an experience,” says Hines, “not a price point.” Her business is built on referrals, with clients praising her deep market knowledge, strategic negotiation skills and ability to make the real estate process smooth and stress-free. She emphasizes the importance of relationships over transactions, working collaboratively with both clients and other agents to achieve the best outcomes.
Hines’ professional accolades include being the No. 1 broker by volume in West Seattle in 2023, an 11-year recipient of Seattle magazine’s 5-Star Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent Award and among the top 1.5% of agents in the country by RealTrends in 2022 and 2023. She was The Seattle Times’ Gold Winner for Best Luxury Real Estate Company in 2023, as well as Bronze Winner for Best Luxury Real Estate Team for 2024, and was ranked 31st in Washington state by volume by RealTrends for 2024.
Hines’ journey through a breast cancer diagnosis in 2017 has shaped her outlook on life and business. She is committed to raising awareness and supporting others through their own hardships, and is most honored to have participated in the 60-mile Susan G. Komen walk last year as a seven-year breast cancer survivor. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two adult children, traveling and volunteering in her community.
