Toll Brothers officially opened two model homes at Woodinville Square, a townhome community in Woodinville. A public grand opening event will be held on Jan. 17.

Offerings in the community range from 1,510 to over 2,017 square feet with three bedrooms, one- or two-car garages and open floor plans. Select plans feature rooftop decks. Pricing starts in the mid-$800,000s.

Woodinville Square is zoned to Northshore School District.
