Terrata Homes opened sales for Gardens at Skyway, a new townhome community 11 miles from downtown Seattle.

Townhomes in the collection range from 1,314 to 1,967 square feet with two to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, open-concept living spaces and attached one- or two-car garages. Interior finishes include flex spaces, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring and designer hardware.

The community also has an on-site playground, half-court basketball court, picnic areas, walking paths and green spaces.
