The three-building project is located next to the University Village shopping center. Plans include 26,000 square feet of retail and commercial space and 796 apartments. Over 200 units will be priced below market value, thanks to Seattle’s multifamily tax exemption and the Mandatory Housing Affordability program.

Resident amenities will include a pool, fitness center, cinema, club room and dog spa.

Project completion is slated for late 2028.
