Alexander and Kendal Keyes moved their real estate team, A Home in Seattle, to the Side brokerage platform. The team was formerly affiliated with Compass.

“After years of building our business within a larger brokerage, we were ready for something more personal — something that reflects the way we live, work and serve our clients,” Alex and Kendal told Seattle Agent. “Launching our own firm with Side gives us the freedom to lead with intention, stay deeply connected to the people and neighborhoods we love and continue raising the bar for what a real estate experience should feel like.”

Amid the transition, the Keyes have also committed to donating 10% of their income to Seattle charities and organizations.
