Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty appointed Sofia Padilla the director of project marketing for the brokerage’s New Developments division.

Padilla has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently working as a sales and marketing director for VDB Compass in Bellevue. In her new role, Padilla will help scale the RSIR’s New Developments division when new construction projects increase as a result of House Bill 1110.
