Vija Williams, head of industry at PLACE and co-owner of Vija Real Estate, is now affiliated with eXp Realty in Seattle. She was previously affiliated with Keller Williams.

She’s also launching a new initiative with eXp agent Spring Bengtzen: UPGRADE, which stands for Unlock Potential, Grow Real Estate, And Design Everything.

“This is more than a move, it’s a mission,” Williams said in a press release. “This is about multiplying impact … We’re curating a space where high performers are surrounded by people who challenge and elevate them.”

As an eXp agent, Williams will also be partnered with coach Dan Beer, leader of the brokerage’s Fast Forward Movement.

Williams will maintain her role as head of industry at PLACE, where she coaches, consults and recruits agents, teams and brokerages across the country.
