Co-founder and managing broker of Team Foster Compass Builder + Developer Services in Downtown Bellevue, Michael Orbino is a 25-year real estate veteran with numerous Realtor designations, including Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative and Graduate, Realtor Institute. Seattle King County REALTORS® has recognized him as Realtor of the Year. 

His most recent industry leadership roles include 2024 President of Seattle King County Realtors®, director and chair of the National Association of Realtors’® Professional Standards Forum and Federal Political Coordinator for the First District of Washington.

Orbino currently serves on the University of Washington’s Runstad Department of Real Estate’s advisory board as the Research Committee chair and recently graduated from the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership. 

Outside of work, Orbino serves as vice-chair of the YMCA of Greater Seattle and recently stepped down as the board chair of Teach for America Washington. He also maintains the rank of sergeant in the United States Army Reserve after serving 6 years  with one year of active duty mobilization to support operations Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom.
