Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty welcomed Rebecca Mitsui and Tom Skepetaris, who launched the company’s new Builder Services Group. The pair, formerly leaders with Alchemy Real Estate, were also added to RSIR’s Strategic Advisory Council.

Mitsui and Skepetaris have a combined 25 years of experience in new-home sales, with over 3,700 transactions between them. Now, they’ll help RSIR identify development prospects that will arise thanks to upzoning related to HB 1110.

“In addition to exclusive business development tools offered by Realtie’s technology, we will enjoy a treasure trove of capable brokers to help promote and represent our listings,” Skepetaris said.
