Construction is underway at Woodinville Square, a luxury townhome community from Toll Brothers.

Located at 13300 NE 175th St. in Woodinville, the community will feature three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhomes with attached garages.

“Woodinville Square offers a unique blend of luxury living and urban convenience, providing residents with access to the best that Woodinville and the surrounding areas have to offer,” Kelley Moldstad, group president of Toll Brothers in Washington, said in a press release. “We are excited to bring our stunning collection of new townhomes to this vibrant community.”

Sales are expected to begin this spring, with pricing starting at $1.3 million.
