Toll Brothers will build a boutique neighborhood in Bellevue along Kelsey Creek. Known as the Enclave at Kelsey Creek, the community is set amongst 17 acres of green space.
The builders will construct 11 four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom homes with two-car garages that range from 2,864 to over 3,000 square feet. Designs feature flex rooms and covered patios and decks. Pricing will start at $2.2 million, with sales beginning this spring.
“Our new Enclave at Kelsey Creek community will offer residents the rare opportunity to build a new construction home within the well-established and highly desirable Bellevue area,” Kelley Moldstad, group president for Toll Brothers in Seattle, said in a press release.
Enclave at Kelsey Creek is zoned to Bellevue School District.
