Gables Residential expanded into the Pacific Northwest with the opening of Gables Queen Anne, an apartment community in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood.

The community includes 325 apartments with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom availability. All units feature quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, while select units have private balconies and Elfa closet systems.

On-site amenities include a fitness studio, game room, clubroom, co-working spaces, dog runs and rooftop terraces with outdoor kitchens and fire pits.

“At Gables Queen Anne, we’ve focused on creating a community that offers both premium amenities and a quality living environment that complements the unique character of the Queen Anne neighborhood,” Charles Elliott, chief investment officer for Gables Residential, said in a press release. “Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure residents have a space where they can truly enjoy the balance of comfort, convenience and the beauty of their surroundings.”

A mixed-use development, Gables Queen Anne also includes a 50,000-square-foot Safeway grocery store on the ground floor.
