Wayne Stephens is now affiliated with the Edmonds office of Coldwell Banker Bain. A dual-licensed agent in Washington and Arizona, Stephens formerly served as the principal managing broker of Coldwell Banker Bain’s Redmond, Issaquah and Capitol Hill offices.
“Coldwell Banker Bain is home for me, so I could not see myself with any other Brokerage,” Stephens shared in a press release.
Prior to earning his real estate license, Stephens served in the United States Air Force from 1975 to 1979. He then owned Armadillo Consignment Inc. for 10 years and worked for PEMCO Insurance for 22 years. More recently, he has been involved with Business Networking International and the Real Estate Staging Association and served as director of Seattle King County REALTORS®.
