The Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) announced the officers for its 2024 board of directors, with Frank Leach named chairperson of the board.

Leach, designated broker and owner of RE/MAX Platinum Services and team leader of the Frank Leach Group, is a former Navy Diving and Salvage officer and longtime resident of the Kitsap Peninsula. He previously served on the Real Estate Advisory Committee for Seafirst and Bank of America and as a director at the Kitsap Community Foundation. A 40-year veteran of the real estate, construction and land development industries, Leach sits on the 2023 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame and has received the Emeritus Award from both NAR and the Kitsap Community Foundation.

David Maider, owner and designated broker of Windermere Real Estate M2 LLC in Everett, was named vice chairperson. Now in his fourth term on the NWMLS board, Maider has served the King and Snohomish county real estate industries for 31 years.
Nicole Bascomb, owner and designated broker of Bascomb Real Estate Group in Kent and a former NWMLS secretary, was named 2024 treasurer. In the past, Bascomb served as a commissioner of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission and was named its chairperson in August 2023.

Jill Himlie, designated broker and owner of Windermere Shelton, was named the NWMLS secretary. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Real Estate Broker Manager, Himlie is a former board member of the Shelton-Mason County Chamber and the Mason County Association of REALTORS®.
Immediate past chairperson Jeff Pust has worked in the industry for over 35 years as the designated broker and owner of Van Dorm Realty in Olympia. He served as a chair for the Olympic Multiple Listing Service in Thurston County and was an alternate member on the Thurston County Board of Equalization.
