A three-tower Bellevue development originally intended for a massive office complex is being reimagined as a mixed-use development with residential units.
Original plans from Stanford Hotels Group for Cloudvue included 1.7 million square feet of office space spread across two towers, as well as 538 residences and 117 hotel rooms in the third tower. Now, the towers initially intended for office space will be replaced by residential towers, more than tripling the amount of residential units to be delivered upon completion.
Additional modifications to the developer’s plan include replacing a performing arts center with a grocery store, fitness center and pared-down office space.
