Side is expanding further into Washington with the addition of four new partner companies in the Seattle area: Redefined Real Estate, Portico Real Estate, Just Sold Realty and Upside Properties. These four brokerages have a combined $205 million in annual transactions.

Toril Schoepfer, founding agent of Redefined Real Estate, formerly ran the Toril Sells Houses Team as an independent brokerage before affiliating with Side. She and her team transacted $82 million in 2022.

David Marks will serve as the founding agent of Portico Real Estate. He and his small team transacted $65 million last year. Marks most recently served as a managing broker at Compass in Seattle.

Just Sold Realty founding agent Alice Nguyen and her team assist the Vietnamese population of Seattle, transacting $60 million in 2022. Prior to joining Side, Nguyen was an agent at Skyline Properties.

Brian Side, founding agent of Upside Properties, leads a small team that won the Seattle Agents’ Choice Award for Best Real Estate Team in 2022. They transacted $35 million in 2022 and were recognized as the top team at Coldwell Banker Bain’s Mercer Island office before partnering with Side.

As founders of Side partner companies, these owners will have access to Side’s resources, technology and network of 575 partner companies across the country.
