Raymond Connell has been promoted to managing director of Seattle at real estate investment company Holland Partner Group.
Connell previously served as development director in the San Francisco Bay Area and in his new role will report to Tom Warren, Holland’s president of development.
“We’re honored to welcome Ray as our new managing director of Seattle,” Holland Partner Group’s CEO Craig Parker said in a news release. “His experience in the industry and track record at Holland make him an excellent addition to our Seattle team.”
Holland Development’s executive managing director of Seattle, Tom Parsons, will begin his transition to retirement with a refined role focused on commercial and retail development in Seattle, the company said.
Connell joined Holland Development in 2015 and has more than 17 years of real estate experience. He will “lead the Seattle team in pursuit of site acquisition, deal underwriting and project execution,” the company said.
Connell holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College.
Holland, founded in 2000 and headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, has more than 750 employees with offices in Seattle, Denver and Northern and Southern California. It specializes in residential, office, parking and retail projects.
