Pam Bigatel has always adored architecture, design and stories about “home.” Growing up in Pennsylvania, she begged her parents to tour open houses. She spent summers working in her family’s property management business while studying to be an arts educator. Bigatel has been a West Seattle resident for 20 years, serving her community as a volunteer and teacher in private and public schools. After a gratifying teaching career, she dedicated herself to the study of watercolor. However, she soon realized that she’s most fulfilled when being of service to others.
With encouragement from family and trusted industry friends, and her own sense of curiosity and optimism, she launched a career in real estate. She is thrilled with her success and the joy she has found in helping others.
“My background in education provides me with the skills to thoughtfully teach my clients about all aspects of real estate transactions. I empower my clients with knowledge, giving them a unique advantage as they weigh big decisions,” says Bigatel, an award-winning real estate broker.
“With expertise in art and design, I can help clients see potential. I guide buyers to visualize themselves in a space with awareness of finishes, form and function. I have an advantage when presenting a property for sale; I have a trained and refined eye for what works.”
Bigatel’s personalized service is the hallmark of her business. She serves buyers, sellers and investors in West Seattle and beyond, from those stepping into the market for the first time to experienced and discerning clients.
“While I adore art and architecture, I most deeply care about people,” she says. “I became interested in this business because I’m curious about the story of a house. But I stay to help my clients write their life stories. I stay in real estate because I love taking care of people.”
