Building strong, trusting relationships with clients is at the heart of everything Neda Perrina does.
“Real estate isn’t just about transactions,” says Perrina, founding member, award-winning broker and global real estate advisor with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “It’s about understanding people’s needs, desires and concerns and guiding them through one of the most significant decisions of their lives.”
Perrina has guided buyers and sellers, from first-time to luxury, in the Greater Puget Sound area for seven years. At the start of her career, without clients of her own, she worked open houses for colleagues every weekend. The experience gave her a solid understanding of various neighborhoods, as well as a chance to build relationships with the residents and become an integral part of the communities she served. Today, Perrina and her team cover a broad range of neighborhoods and areas.
“Real estate is never a one-person transaction,” she says. “It requires a well-organized and supportive team working behind the scenes to deliver the best results for our clients. The success I’ve experienced this year is a direct reflection of their hard work, dedication and expertise.”
Prior to real estate, Perrina was vice president of sales and business development for a local company in Ballard. “My career involved a lot of travel, and I wanted to be more present for my two small children,” Perrina recalls, noting that her sister, a successful real estate agent, encouraged her to explore the field. “One of my closest friends entrusted me with selling her condo and I never looked back.”
Always available, day or night, and ready to assist with whatever her clients need, Perrina is known for going beyond client expectations. “I work hard and genuinely care about my clients,” she says. “I truly want to be here for them, no matter what they need, long after their journey is complete.”
