A branch leader and mortgage originator at Movement Mortgage, Jessica Angel Talton has spent the last 11 ½ years building a successful career in the real estate industry. Born and raised in South Seattle, Talton says her deep connection to her community inspired her to enter the mortgage business. Her previous role as an assistant branch manager at Bank of America equipped her with a strong financial background, allowing her to serve as a trusted advisor to her clients.

Talton’s business style is fun, easy and process-driven, with a strong emphasis on customer experience. Clients often praise her for making the mortgage process simple and stress-free, while also closing deals quickly, which also gives them a competitive edge in the market. Her solution-oriented approach and unwavering commitment to her clients set her apart from others in the industry. Talton’s clientele comes primarily from referrals, agents and social media, where she is known for her expertise and dedication.

In her career, she has achieved significant milestones. She recently was recognized as the 2024 Social Media Influencer of the Year by the Seattle Agents’ Choice Awards and has been a member of Movement Mortgage’s President’s Club for the past three years. Additionally, she has been named among the top 1% of loan originators in the U.S. across multiple categories by Scotsman Guide for four consecutive years.

Outside of work, Talton enjoys vacationing with her family and creating lasting memories. Celebrating nine years of marriage and taking her family to Disneyland are among her proudest personal accomplishments. Her heart-centered dedication continues to drive her success in the mortgage industry. “I am a big advocate for my community, and I am committed to making a positive impact on the homeownership rates in marginalized communities,” says Talton. “This isn’t work; it’s my calling, and I’m very passionate about it.”
